Dean Carriere began his career in the early 1990’s. His professional education was completed through the Faculty of Commerce at The University of British Columbia. Trained as a Residential/Strata Property Manager in Vancouver, Dean managed a diverse portfolio which included both privately owned and strata-titled properties, as well as the City Of Surrey’s acquisitions. The year 1999 brought forth a planned relocation to the Okanagan where he has since planted deep personal and professional roots. He has been an integral part of APM for more than two decades.

While Dean specializes in the management of strata-titled real estate, his extensive background in both residential and strata management provides him with a solid industry foundation. His current portfolio includes a diverse array of strata properties throughout the Central Okanagan region.
