About Me

Dean Carriere began his career in the early 1990’s. His professional requirements were met via the Faculty of Commerce at The University Of British Columbia. Trained as a Residential/Strata Property Manager in Vancouver, Dean managed a blended portfolio which included both privately owned and strata-titled properties, as well as the City Of Surrey’s acquisitions. The year 1999 brought forth a planned relocation to the Okanagan where his roots have been firmly planted to grow both personally and professionally in the new millennium. Dean has been with APM for nearly twenty years.

Dean specializes in the management of strata-titled real estate but his involvement with both residential and strata management has provided for a solid foundation and sound knowledge base. His portfolio includes a diverse array of strata properties in the Central Okanagan and area.
