Generate a detailed Concierge Package & Welcome Letter for
guests, with all detailed information pertaining to the applicable
property.
Manage each booking so that guests leave glowing reviews,
which enhances advertising and earnings of a rapidly growing marketplace.

Purchases necessary supplies as the manager sees fit; and
to make ordinary repairs to the premises, provided that the
expenditure for any one item shall not exceed the amount of
$200 without express written consent of the owners.
Collection of all Earnings payable by guests from the duration of
their stay, under their respective Agreements and deposit the net.
Provide a detailed monthly Income Report.
Provide a detailed monthly Expense Report.
Provide a yearly Cash Flow statement.
Arrange for repairs as required.
