About Associated Property Management

Originally formed in 1902 as Carruthers & Meikle Ltd, Associated Property Management is a full-service professional property management company with a growing portfolio encompassing BC's Central Okanagan region.

Who We Are

APM is fully licensed under the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia, maintains audited trust accounts, utilizes the Yardi Professional Property Management software, and is insured in excess of the BC Real Estate Service Act requirements.

We are a team that continues to grow and presently consist of 23+ licensed Property and Strata managers supported by six accounting personnel, a receptionist, and have access to an in-house Chartered Accountant. As well, our Chartered Accounting firm provides the BC Real Estate Council with our trust account audit reports as required under the Real Estate Services Act.

Associated Property Management remits NR Tax and provides NR4 tax slips to Canada Revenue Agency for all of our Non-Resident clients. APM's management professionals are not only visible but are accessible, offering many years of experience and commitment to their respective areas of expertise. Our service is superior, rates competitive and our personal commitment is to all-round excellence.

Our residential clients/owners value our care and attention to detail in the management of their property, through our hands-on approach and proactive style of management. We have a strict screening process for the selection of tenants and you should expect to experience reduced tenancy turnovers and related costs. After all, the marriage of the tenant and property should be as harmonious as possible in all aspects.
