About Me

Thorsten Wehrmann is a senior licensed strata and property manager and has 8 years experience in the property and strata management industry. Starting his strata and property management career at Centre Group Commercial Realty in 2009, he developed his strata experience on residential, commercial and large mixed use buildings. Moving to Argus Properties in 2014 he expanded his knowledge in working on retail outlets, strip malls, office spaces and light industrial buildings offering his experience and problem solving skills to Owners and Tenants alike.

Thorsten enjoys close contact with his clients and is always willing to assist in the many day to day issues that arise. His German roots provide him with attention to detail, prompt communication and a level of service that is a huge asset to our team. In addition, Thorsten welcomes his clients to his new home here at APM and is looking forward to provide the level of service his clients have come to expect.
