A Certified Property Manager with over 40 years of experience specializing in strata and commercial property management having completed a number of real estate and construction courses, covering topics such as finance and investment analysis, ethics, problem solving and decision making, leasing and management of various types of properties. In addition, Pat has also completed university courses including basic structural engineering, thermodynamics, urban land planning, economics, statistics, business law and long term fiscal planning.

A long term Kelowna Resident, with over 28 years of experience in the Okanagan market from Penticton to Kamloops. Working with owners and tenants has given Pat a wide range of exposure to different circumstances, all of which can significantly impact your home or business. Tasks accomplished with owners and tenants include Strata Act services, lease enforcement; collections & evictions with and without bailiff involvement; extensive lease and document preparation; maintenance and supply tendering and procurement; and legal compliance.
