Scott is an Associate Broker for trading and rental property plus a CPA, CMA with a Bachelor of Administration degree. Scott was the General Manager of a Saskatchewan Property Management Company that managed over four and a half million square feet of Office, Retail, Industrial, Residential and Strata properties. The organization experienced growth of more than fifty percent over five years under Scott’s leadership. Scott is very results driven and he has extensive experience in financial management, negotiations, project management and contract management including lease advisory services. Scott looks forward to providing his expertise and knowledge to clients within the Okanagan region regarding rental and strata property management.
